    Reliance making all false promises and duping the public.

    My prebooking ID IS 14549506 booked on 06 Jun 18. Company message me that it will be provided between 15 June 18-30 July 18 but till day 10 Sep18 any connection not provided. I called it's customers care several times but they provide false assurance every time and behaving rudely. Company hasn't any convenient refund procedures. I want to file complaint against reliance Digital TV in consumer forum.
