Videocon d2h complaint regrading Improper response from customer care executives

Respected Sir,
This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 118842775. On 5th Nvember 2017 night, I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a male ) to change my kannada addn & flexi movie channel pack to Flexi Pack 99/- per month.
He informed me that along with the Flexi Pack, an add-on pack has to be compulsorily activated. I asked him to activate the "Hindi Entertainment Add-on per month". He informed me that he has taken the request and has activated the base pack along with the add-on pack with a total rupees of 169.
Upon switching on the TV set, I could not find channels - Star Plus, Sony, Colors etc activated. What the executive did was, instead of activating the Hindi Entertainment Pack, he activated Hindi enterainement HD only 5 channels
I again called up the customer care the next day and asked the executive (a male again) to activate my plan and had to explain them everything. they said it will be resolved.
The next day also the problem was not resolved i had call them and repeat the same complaint on which was not resolved and ask me to call back if not resolved within one hour. as it was mid night i did not call them.
The next day i called and i was frustrated with their actions and said it needs to be solved then the executive said do whatever you want and GO TO COSUMER COURT.Later at this stage, I asked him to transfer the call to a supervisor and lodged a complaint in this regard. However, the supervisor informed me that any action on this complaint can only be taken in the next 8 Hours of working days.
The next day that is today 9th november 2017 evening till now not yet resolved.
Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it that the Hindi entermainment Hd packs is deactivated without any additional money deducted from my d2h balance.

8times complaints has been registered on different dates since last 15 days. Every time supervisor said it will be attended by next working 8 hours. But no one has turned out to attend the call even no phone calls from the engineers who supposed to attend the service complaint. We have taken the yearly package.Pls do the necessary action.
