I had asked for a relocation service of videocon d2h antenna within city.(within a 7-8 km).
Previously when shifted they had carried antenna.But now they don't want carry too!
They will de-install , customer will carry and then they will fly jump and install it. Have you seen such a service anywhere?
Ok let's move to further idiocy.
For some reasons the new location was still under wiring and stuffs which was not known during booking and next day it was known.
The relocation engineer also did not take any care to inform that was the case in the building.
So normally any sane work order will have to first confirm if relocation feasibility is possible and then shift.
But here there is no such feasibility study . If any problem arises its the customer's "personal issue" - as told by customer rep !
Look at the fraud now:
They have a scheme of de-installation and re-installing within 30 days. But if even a single day goes forward they will charge again without even doing any feasibility study!
And we have to carry the device and probably take them too to new premises!
This is plain case of cheating and acting high handedly without doing a job. Its a telepjone conversation and will not stay in court of law if there is no signature and unwillingness to even do a feasibility study.
Now I would like to completely leave the d2h and get remaining amount back to my bank account. The claim amount is relocation charges which they deduct. Total amount is whatever due in d2h account.
