DTH TV Complaint

For customer ID 113499134, I had raised a request for permanent disconnection of the services and refund via e-mail to customercare@d2h.com. I was informed that the request has been registered and refund has been initiated. However, no Service Request Number was shared with me in response e-mail. The technician hasn't came and collected the hardware from my location till date.
Today when I called customer care on +917355873558, to my surprise I was informed that they don't have any information regarding my complaint and they cant see any service request registered for me. I was redirected to get in touch via e-mail to customercare@d2h.com. It appears like there is the teams on desk of customer support via Telephonic Lines and E-mail do not have any co-ordination and looks to be a de-centralized customer support system.
I have again responded to the team on e-mail and still waiting for a response from relevant team.
Kindly address the request ASAP. I will be moving out of my current registered address and I wouldn't be responsible to any loss of hardware if it happens in my absence.
