Dear SIr,

I am very much irritated with your responsiveness service, as well as inconvenience in getting touch with Customer care. I am trying to convay that My dish TV un working since 3 months.

Error code 301. Signal not found, please refund my amount and repair the Dish Set box at the earliest.

I have tried all types of technical issues by your executives, and I have paid Rs.150 for technical job but the same problem persists.

I am not able to view my desired channels.hence I want refund till date.

    After every recharge my dishtv set up box or vc card is damaged. And to resolve it mechanic charge will applied 200+150(gst)& 430 if set box damage,300 if vc card damage.total=350+430+300=1080
    4times I have survived this type of prblm and Never seen TV properly.I want to lounge a case in rti against dishtv.

    My vc or setup box damage after every recharge.
    I never seen TV properly after any recharge.
    I changed my vc and setup box 4times. And after all never seen my tv properly.
    I'm very irritated by dish TV and not any help from any customer care of dishtv.
