I have been using airtel DTH service since 4 years. I have experienced these type of issues many times by now.

Now they have removed Asianet HD(Channel number 801) which I was viewing it since this channels introduction. But now they have removed this channel saying it was given to me for preview. But I was never intimated that this channel is only for free preview. I have done recharges many time seeing channels of my choice.
