Dear Sir,

I'm a vediocon D2H customer with customer ID:161792972

On Friday dth signal was lost I raised a complaint On Saturday and the executive told me that they will send the engineer within 8 hours. But it's Tuesday no one has still turned up. Everyday I'm calling and I get the same response.

It's day 5 of the connection loss and I'm feeling helpless.
I call them daily..my currency is burning but no action from vediocon D2H team...

Dear Sir I request you to please take action against these lazy people who haven't responded to complaint instead raise a new complaint everyday and promise to resolve in 8 hours but no one shows up.
The latest complaint number is - 517498825.

I hope you take some strict action.
