Hi Team,
This is with regards to my Videocon d2h service. My customer Id is 116164570.
I had requested for HD Set Top box on Wednesday, May 16 2018 and made an advance payment of Rs.1,224/- for HD upgrade and 1 month subscription. Today is Monday, May 14 2018, till now I haven't got the HD Set Top box installed in my home.
Registered Complaint twice on Thursday and Saturday (Complaint no. 586371551 & 587024101), but till now no engineers or back end team from Videocon d2h responded to my complaints. Every time I enquired about the status of the complaint they ask us to wait for 24 hours to resolve. It is been more than 72 hours now. I have raised multiple complaints, sent mail to Nodal Officer, yet no response from either of them.
Today I have requested for a refund of my money, they refused to do so. I asked for disconnection of d2h and they asked me to wait for the call from back end team within 7 days. This is frustrating, taken payment upfront for the service and not provided, when asked for refund, customer care executives are saying they don't have a procedure for refund, back end team will contact you. I spoke to their supervisors, team leads all have the same response.
I'm raising this complaint in this forum so that I get a speedy response and help in getting my payment back as soon as possible.
