Dish TV FRAUD & OVERCHARGING FOR THE CHANNELS WHICH WAS PART OF HD PACK

Dear Officer, this complaint is against Dish TV Company whose service, I am using for a long time now.
This complaint is against Overcharging me for the same pack, for which I paid the recharge amount as part of FULL-ON HD Pack

Please note that As part of my HD pack, I was having the Subscription of SONY TEN 1 and SONY TEN 2 HD and I clearly accessed those channel multiple times earlier.
And these two channels are coming in 34th and 35th in sequence and as part of the HD Pack, first 50 HD Channels which are coming in sequence are part of my FULL ON HD PACK.
But suddenly from 14th June,2017 once the World Cup Started, they suddenly removed the pack from FULL ON HD Pack and the pack which was already existing in my subscription, suddenly it got disappeared !!
When a customer paid for a pack, NO SERVICE OPERATOR CAN DELETE ANY CHANNEL FROM HIS/HER SUBSCRIPTION and if this is done, it will be considered as FRAUD, which Dish TV team is doing since already but still I managed.
But ONLY IN THE NAME OF WORLD CUP, IF THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THE CHANNEL OF SONY TEN1/TEN2 HD, for which I paid the fees as part of my FULL-ON HD PACK, I will not accept at any cost.
Please help me to get necessary compensation of this FRAUD INCIDENT and help me to enjoy the channels
