VidioconD2H has been deducted my amount without prividing the service

Hi Sir,

My here is my customer id 132970197 in vidiocond2h.

I requested to relocate my product from SanjayNagar Marathahalli to Munekolala Marathahalli . Vidiocon D2H customer service logged a request on this. I followed them many times but didn't recieved any response. Request was on 28th july 2018. It should have done within 29th July 2018. I chased many times to the team but didn't get any response on this. Hence i requested some third party and they did this. It costs me around 650. Whenever i was trying to watch the tv i saw that my connection was cancelled by vidiocon. Whenever i wanted to know the reason they told me that you have insufficient balance . They deducted amount without any service please look into this.

IN the attachement clearly there is 117 ruppees but still it is in discontinued status. They are not ready to restore.

Adding to the point that i have dropped several mail to the customer service vidiocon as well as looped nodal officer from karnataka he is not replying me anything on this.
