My Self Sanjib Ghosh from Assam student of Jaipur National University online MBA Distance has completed my 4th sem in the month of Aug-2016.
Hereby I would like to inform you that I work in a limited company in Assam. Through me my company’s director also took admission in MBA from JNU in the month of Dec-2015. I have taken the admission of her from JNU counselor Mr. Jay Shankar Choudhury. Whose contact has been provided to me by JNU help desk executive. He is working in system support department in online MBA distance education department recently one of my relatives has also taken admission through Jay Shankar Choudhury in the month of May-2016 at that time my relatives just talk over phone with Jay Shankar Choudhury about the admission procedure and my relatives was supposed to take admission in the month of July-Auguest-2016. But as Jay Shankar Choudhury convinced to take the admission in the month of may-2016 as there will be no seat later but at that moment my relatives did not gave any reply because of financial matter. It was Jay Shankar Choudhury who on the behalf of my relatives paid the amount from his account and completed the admission procedure at the same day after completing the admission procedure he mailed us the admission and transaction details in my relatives email. He has paid the amount from his account and gave his account number to pay the money to him in his account. Otherwise admission will cancel. Within 2-3 days I on behalf of my relatives has paid the amount in Jay Shankar Choudhury SBI A/c No-33418867421. The payment has done 3 times as he has offered some other new course to my relatives and all the payment has done to him in his account. He has also offered me CPA courses. I was not suppose to take at that time but he has done the admission by him by paying from his account and within 2 days i have paid the amount in his account.
After that he has mailed me and my relatives all the payment details and the admission details. but now the matter is that till now I have not received any study materials as my relatives took admission in the month Of May-2016. Recently he is not responding any phone calls and have blocked me and my relatives in whats app. I find the condition disruptive
Now finally I request to take step against this matter and enquire Jay Shankar Choudhury with JNU as he as cheated us. Fraudlent against education is a crime offence.If no action has been taken against him by JNU and if he don’t return the amount within 2days I have to file case against JNU and Mr Jay Shankar Choudhury as all the evidence is in my hand
