Sir/Madam,
I Nitai Malo a student of your University. I have already sent a application for getting a final certificate before 5 month. I have successfully completed diploma in mechanical engineering ground in2013/2014.I get a provisional certificate also. But till now after applying I cannot get any final certificate.
So please help me how can I get a final certificate and obliged me.
