Greetings
This is to bring to your kind notice that myself Arindam Nag a resident of WestBengal Kolkata Address-E 29 Rajdanga Nabapally ,Chandrajyoti housing cooperative society limited,Flat no C/2,Kolkata-700107 undergone Angioplast on February 21.02.2020 is thankful to our government for controlling the price of Stenting which i got benefit.I was advised by doctor for bedrest and resume my duty on March 11.3.2020 after 8.2.2020 with my employer whose Head office address is M/s Escon International Pvt Limited,Escon House ,509 Kuchapatiram,Bazar Sitaram Delhi-110006. suddenly broke our contract on 23.3.2020 showing performance as reason but main reason is being i has some travel constraint in upto 3rd week of March 2020 whereas they wanted me to travel to Bhubaneshwar in between amidst Corona threat .Suddenly i received a mail from them terminating the contract.As during lockdown they have not settled my accounts and without proper notice its unethical which landed me in deep financial trouble being a family man. This is an earnest request to PMO office to take necessary action in this regard as lockdown was unpredicted they only shown non performance the tenure i was admitted in hospital and bedrest.Pls find details of mail attached
