There was a transformer issue in the area mominpore JalaLane, since past two months and electricity goes off and on. I have been understanding the company and kept quite for a month June, howeva in July i has lost it i called the customer care dey dont kniw the meaning of customer service with all due respect i asked them whats going on now and den elecricity goes off and in had lost it the first agent disconnected the call second agent states that dey dont have all rigjts and cant do all things which is understandable so i asked rhem to connect me to they team leader or manger or asst manager i spoke the lady asst manager jasmine or smething and spoke to her explained to her she states that there transformer problem firstly this was goin on from one month yet not finished wen i told her she states and replies the same thing i told her please give in writing and was told that dats notboossible becuase dey dont have access to emai, which is strange and being asst manager dey dontbhave rigjts to all theses either the company doesnt trust the employee or the employee are not capable speaking frankly den she said she has escaated it after a day or two i get a call and he statea the same thing again i explained to him that nor sms alerts have come in case if there is any emergency also if there is transformer problem either get the new one and take tjebold one since so long urll are working and we have to face problem i asked him to either escalate this to the generwl manager and CEO cos as per law ubhave to notify people about the interuption which reliance energy and most of dem do. Also explained the behaviour and asst mangers notbhaving acces to email hw the customer can be sure of the communcations as it can be manupilated any given point and asked for email in writing wateva he said the second manager was worse and didnt know anything and just kept on repearing his words and also hing up the call saying that ur not listening y should i listen after so much hassle sleep not given notthin healrhnissue because of sweating and den this mentall harrasement dey were multiple people who called me twice the same second manager and den i have been following up wirh dem since more den 15 20 days and i got a call from MR Sinha CESC limited tollygunj or something which unfortunately couldnt record his call as i forgot. He tell me he is the seargeant engineer to whichbi was suprised when did thebtilte seargant come in this field anywwys i explained to him everyrhing den i heard my voice hitting back so iasked him r u recording or have put the speaker on loud he said no. I den exolained to him everything and again he took lightly and said yeah yeah and diaconnectednthe call today i got frustrated and yes i did use profanity over the dey page because dey havent given any update on the complaint via email and dat what actionhave dey taken and wat are steps dey taking to avoid this things were communicated befre as well. So now dey warn me and block me on twitter as if it alkm my mistake some customer service and employed people in the company are not working properly for the customer and i want a proper action to be take because customers are not to be taken for a ride. I need action to be taken and the people whonhavent worked or not wrking to be removed so that effcient people can work and get the job cos they r peole who work sincerely.

    The CESC has also removed all the Tweets from Twitter that was posted and has blocked me because the truth is being told to the people. And the wqy they woork and soeak to customers. Now even if i want to share the details with urll i can cos dey removed all my tweets and has blocked me. So i would request urll to olease contact the company and to get the recordings of all call and Tweets if they cant get it plss get in touch with Twitter for detailed tweets and all recordings from the company which can be manupilated anypoint of time by dem. I dont trust dem at all now.
