Dear Sir,
I'm from "Welcome Society, Katol Road" area of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
I wanted to complaint against Nagpur electricity Board I.e. SNDL.
Without any notification they are cutting down the power at anytime since last 4 months. And if heavy rain happens, they have a nicely framed excuse of Major Breakdown as usual, which causes the Loadshedding of atleast 5 to 15 hours. My appliances got malfunctioned. I've tried reaching them over there customer care number many times, but they don't have a responsible answer. Our daily life and work is in Complete Turmoil.
In addition, I would also like to bring emphasis on power theft. They always ask to complaint against it when called on customer service, but when I lodge a complaint about power theft happening near my residence no one took action and not even contacted me again. I am a freelancer, hence I majorly work from home on computer. But this has completely ruined my work too. Please please Help.
