Electricity board complaint a very high bill of Rs.58500(approx). given in july2017.

Myself U.A. kujur consumer no.Acc no.DIH195 sub-division Ashok Nagar.In the month of July'17 served a bill of RS.58500(approx).Before that bill,no arrear bill or bill unpaid is against me.suddenly board ask me to pay bill of Rs58500 for 16915 units for 5 months( March'17 to July'17)average units more than 3000units per months.
When requested board for revision/ correction of bill,board says it might be previous arrear.Hence could not be corrected.
Now I am in dilemma.kindly advice me in this matter.
