Hi, I would like to complain against the irregular power supply in my area supplied by BRPL (BSES Rajdhani Power Limited). I have complained about this issue several times in the past and no concrete effort has been made to fix the issue till now. 1. Complaints lodged on Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) website of Government of India (URL - http://pgportal.gov.in/Default.aspx) a. Complaint Number-DARPG/E/2015/13471: Registered on 08 Oct 2015. The case was closed on 21 Dec 2015. b. Complaint Number- DARPG/E/2016/08977: Registered on 01 Jun 2016. The case was closed on 02 Jun 2016. 2. Complaint lodged on Public Grievance Cell of Dept. of Power, GNCTD. URL - http://www.bijlipgr.gov.in/ Complaint Number: 893MQ. 3. And many complaints on the BSES website. Some of the complaint numbers are: 16062404400 16062905322 16062905465 16062905468 ……… and may more. All the complaints are closed citing - Presently Supply is normal in the area. further in case of any query please feel free to contact our call center 39999707 or send SMS on (Type BSESRP space Faults Code space CA No. and SMS to 5616107). Wherein, my issue is not about current status but Irregular power supply and voltage fluctuation. Whenever I call the customer care, I DO NOT get a satisfactory response at all. Also, the call center number (listed below) is not reachable few times in case of power cuts. Also, they make FALSE promises and provide FALSE updates related to the power cuts. In the past 4-5 days, the voltage is fluctuating every day at around 10 PM and gets normal only around 12 AM (next day). I fear that it will damage all electrical appliances in my household. As quoted earlier, reporting it to BSES is not helpful. Please take action on this issue on urgent basis as I will be facing the same issue today also (I am sure about it).
