About the Increasing of charges complain against Torrent Power limited

DearSir.
on the behalf of my landmark area people, kindly inform you that the torrent power limite charges are regularly increasing from low to high prices and it takes three types of different charges excluding energy charges.Before it took 20-50 rupees of different charges and 1.50-3rupees units of energy charges but now it is charging us 150-200 rupees of different charges and 5-7rupees of unit charges.
we request you to decrease these chrges as before it was and take action against torrent power limted to send us such a huge amount of charges.For proof we attached some sample of bills below.
