I have placed an order of 2 unit of Luminous Jaipur Sanganeri 1200 Mm Ceiling Fan - Brown, cost of Rs. 2401 each unit on 30/05/2019 . Order Id: 8377818703.
Products has been dispatched on 31/05/2019 from Gurgaon,Delhi through courier partner "GATI LTD" and AWB(Courier tracking) NO. 548239346. The expected date of dilivery date was 10/06/2019.
As per tracking details, on 03/06/2019 my order arrived at my city Gandhinagar Courier agency godown. After 2 day of arrival of product at my local courier godown(Gandhinagar) on 05/06/2019 I went to receive my order parcel from courier agency. But courier agency don't have my order parcel at there center, as per 2-3 days follow up with local courier agency(agency) they lost my order parcel. Regarding that I have registered complain to PaytmMall customer care but even after 8-9 days they are not able to resolve my complain neither giving satisfactory answer. They extend the dilivery date to 12/06/2019. I am calling every day to customer care and request to issue new item as it is lost by courier partner. They neither issuing new product nor repay my money.
Please charge the penalty to the paytm mall and compensate me.
