I ordered the product of "20 pcs copper base cook & serve set" . I receive it on 29.01.2020 . When I opened it i was totally unhappy with the quality of the product, i am totally unhappy with the product.
I complained to naaptol and requested them to take product back and give me the refund but they denied my request. This is the reason I am knocking the door of consumer court. Kindly look into it and give me the justice.
