My name is Rehan Adil, I'm from Mahachawar, Daraunda, Siwan. I ordered a brother dcp- 426 printer from Flipcart on 28/08/2023. The first delivery was attempt on 30/08/2023 but i rejected the delivery because the product was used and damajed prodct. But the next day a new delivery boy came to my home with the same product that i rejected last day. The delivery boy open the box and found that the product is not same as ordered. Then he said to me sir give me the OTP i will reject the order but mistakenly he delivered OK the product to me. I told him that why you delivered the product, he told its my mistake, pls return the this product from flipcart app, i will pick up it and then you place a order for a new product.
Now i raise Complaints saveral time but they rejected my Complaints.
Pls take any action against my complaint.
