I HAVE ORDERED A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR AT CHROMA CENTRE OF NOIDA CITY CENTRE MALL.I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY DELIVERY AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES THEY TOLD ME THAT CHROMA HAD UPDATED WRONG ADDRESS AND THEY COULD NOT DELIVER MY REFRIGERATOR TO ME.WHEN I CONTACTED CHROMA FOR THAT I DID NOT GET ANY PROPER REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.NOW I WANT A CMPENSATION FOR THE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES OF CHROMA.
