Time taken by nokia care for repair is about 35 days

I have submitted my Nokia phone 6.1+ having charging problem two times,
1st time care kept it with them for 10 days, but after 2 days same problem occur, now 2nd time submitted my phone to nearby nokia care at bathinda (punjab) Invoice no.-7098051872. today 31 days are done.but did not get my phone even after getting the sms from nokia care for ready of my nokia phone.
Now main issue is about 40 days my phone was with you (nokia care) in 11 months warranty. so who is responsible to pay this time for warranty issues,if i get same problem after couple of days.?
