Soundlogic earphones customer care

I bought soundlogic earphones in april 2019. It is having 1 year of warranty. But after 6 months it stopped working. They are not having any service centres in india. They have only head office in mumbai. I called to their customer care number many times but they are not picking up the call. They should replace the earphones or they should return my money. Please help me out.
