Money paid but no service and no refunds, subscribed jainsworld.org website for matrimony

I subscribed this website for matrimony for my in law in I paid 11, 000 Rs as a fees online to your account. Before this payment was done, I was getting calls from them like 4-6 times a day. Name was Shruti - 8982083357.

They promised to give full service or else refund.

But nothing happened, received some profiles which was of no use and for few when I asked contact numbers it was told, they are wrong or so.

I stopped following up as I wanted to get refund after 6 months.

And after 6 months, I am following up but no body is bothered to reply.

Shruti will never take call, but if I call from other numbers as a new client she takes calls and try to put the same cage.

All details are attached. Kindly help me to get my refund for my money which was paid as well as money which I lost in repeated calls to them and emails and time and mental harassment.
