I book the rental cars previous on month of October and that's an issue on my driving licence the booking has been cancelled as per company rules and guidelines they will refund my amount in 15 working days but still I am not get my amount that they are simply giving excuse that we are doing our level best but I am not seeing any level best buy done by the company please help me what to do
