Respected Sir,

while accessing to Facebook i saw a advertisement from sit called Buffersale.com which were selling 3 denim combo shirts for 1099 on Cash on delivery i ordered those shirts git couriered with 5-6 day i paid the amount when i opened the parcel i was shock to see i got old used damaged shirts which had ink stains on it and also one shirt was a school uniform shirt which has school name call "balbharti" printed on its Pocket. immediately called up to courier he said to call helpline for refund.I called 100 times to help line but no one answered call then i sent mail to Buffersale email id but getting only one reply pls check refund policy ...
Pls help to get my refund its my hard-earn money
