1. Amazon asked me to self courier defective item and assured me that I will be paid for Courier charges too
2. Did with Gati KWE. Docket no: 458909028 on 1st Aug. 2018
Now amazon Warehouse are not accepting item from last 45 days.
On contacting amazon customer care they say that they are making arrangements and say we do not have authority as its a different team. I am stuck with my money held.
