Consumer harrasment and cheating

I ordered microwave oven with full advance payment to Tata Cliq and the order was confirmed with a delivery date of 20 May 2020 but the order was not process till 16 May 2020. Followed then service team for 6 days but no proper response has been given by them. Every time they use to say in two working days they will confirm but on 16 May 2020 I received a call from them that the order will not delivered on the given date. When I asked them by when I can receive my order no proper reply from their side was given. Again I called the service team and they said they will again confirm on Tuesday 19 May 2020 when I asked them any particular day when can I gety order they have no reply and they said if you wanna cancel your order you can. When I asked them.when can I get my refund they said it will take minimum 3 4 days for refund even for that they don't have perticular date of refund.i approached the senior through twiter but they also have the same excuse. They used our hard earn money and when we asked for refund that should be same day. It is pure cheating don't know many people have gone through this agony. Please help in this.on app they are showing status refunded but I have not received my money back. Screen shots attached for both confirmed order with date and amount paid and refund status for your reference.
