Complaint against Jio Sim card back marketing?

My name is Sunil Srivastava, resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I have downloaded a Jio app and went immediately to the mobile shop. But that was already hacked.
How to solve this problem? My number is 70256398XX.
