Complain against Mebelkart for Falter in Delivery Committment

I had ordered a tv unit from Mebelkart, order no - 1002984650 on 11th May, 2016 with full payment of Rs14319/- in advance through net banking.
The delivery date committed on the order was 10th June, 2016. I had events at home from 15-18 June for which I needed this unit. Hence the delivery date suited me fine and I went ahead in ordering it.
However, the product was not delivered on 10th June. I have raised a ticket against the same to their customer care. I have also called and also sent multiple emails (10) to their customer care department. I only receive a standard reply that the new delivery date is so and so...Basis the latest call, the new delivery date is 2nd of July.
The manner in which they sit silently on these delays and non delivery and respond only if the customer cries his heart out. They don't even respond to the emails. To my 10 emails they only responded 3-4 times....that too with same standard response that new delivery date is so and so.....
I have to take the tv unit on rent for the said event.
I am highly frustrated by this fraud company who smartly take big money well in advance and enjoy it for long long time (in my case it is almost 2 months time) and then make the customer cancel the order. Even the TAT for refund is 7-9 days.
I want to sue this company pay for the rental charges of the tv unit I had to arrange at the last moment. Also want them to pay for the mental and emotional harassment I have gone through in this case
