Dear sir
I bought a blue tooth tower speaker called Glider article no.1264001489 vide bill 2070130027 from Vishal Mega Mart on 19-01-2018, Vaishali, Ghaziabad for my use in Mumbai. this article stopped working within two months. it is almost 1 month since I am following with their management for repairing it as this is their brand product and its component are not available in local market but till date it is not repaired or replaced. they are telling lies, do not take my calls.
their product and service both are defective. they are irresponsible people.
I want this speaker repaired or replaced by them as it is not quality Product.
