Threatening to disconnect the Gas service by Bongaon Gas Service

This is to bring your kind attention that I have applied for second cylinder on 11-03-2014 but till now I did not get the status even though I have followed it up for several times to that agency over the phone but unfortunately from the agency they don't even reply over the phone .
I have been there physically just before a week and I have asked them the status to their executive and they have threatened me they will destroy my Gas connection ,

As it is a rural area so no body is here to resolve this issue and people are being treated very badly by them.I would like to request you to take an initiatives regarding the same .
