Shop charges amount for carry bags

Respected sir,

I shopped merchandise worth rs. 9147.00 from Reliance Trends Begusarai and they charged Rs. 14.00 extra for two carry bags. He charges every customer @ Rs. 7.00 for each carry bags.

A shop cannot charge for carry bags from the customer. As Bata and Big Bazaar has already been fined by the different consumer redressal forum in different state for such activity.

So, I am requesting you to kindly take action in this regard and give a strong lesson for this act to save the hard earned of people. This amount is little for a customer but in that outlet more than 100 customers visit daily and thus amount become large day by day.
