i have recharge aircel 349 at 28 april 2016 at my phn no 9856572182 which 28 days validity for aircel to aircel call but today i cannot call and the company says my bal is to low for the call . which is only 13 days from recharge . i want my free service back until its validity date 26 may 2016. and why they r sending msg which i have not choose to subscribe

We'd like to inform that Rs.349/- benefits has been revised.
There are three scenarios of Rs 349 benefits.
1. Unlimited local Aircel to Aircel calls for 14 days open to all subscriber.
2. Unlimited local Aircel to Aircel calls for 28 days for those subscribers who have used less than 1250 minutes of local Aircel to Aircel in last 30 days.
3. Unlimited local Aircel to Aircel calls + 2GB 3G Data for 28 days for a select set of the subscriber.
As per the system validation, it was found that you have recharge with MRP 349 (Unlimited Local A-A calling for 14 days) through e-recharge on 27/04/2016 at 07:22 and the benefits were provided to 9856572182 which got expired on 10/05/2016. We request you to dial *128# (toll-free) to check the balance when recharged.
