i ordered one dress from Instagram profile named as sesigner_dresses_official_ . i booked this dress by whats app registered no. 9875124850 on 28th july 2022. As i paid the amount Rs. item rs 999+ shipping chargr Rs 99= total Rs.1098/- via google pay on no.9737156141 named as Kishan Asodariya from Surat. As i received this dress on 1st Aug 2022. i found it defective. and more over i dont like the material of dress. so i decided to returned it. When i asking them for return they replied send proper video of receiving. then they will take that dress for exchange otherwise not. they not clerified about their exchange policy.
