i already have 8gb net balance in my phone and I have a net offer of 256 rupees we get 10gb for 28 days for 3 recharges before June 30 .now I have done with 2 recharges now I activate my 3rd recharge. but my already having net balance is gone and the net offer is not activated. please help me with this complaint
