SHOPKEEPER NOT PROVIDE BILL FOR FERTILIZER OR SEEDS

Dear Sir,
I am Rana Yashwant live in District - Madhepura, PS-Murliganj, Village- Pakilpar. I am a farmer. When I bought any fertilizer like Urea, DAP, NPK etc from any nearest shop they not provide GST / Invoice Bill and also charge extra price. I talk with IFFCO Customer care they tell me Urea Price 266 Rs. approx. but nearest shop charged for 350/450 Rs. or add some other item increase the price. I have not any proof except video. Please help the farmer and take legal action against these shopkeeper.
