Invoice mismatch with product

Dear Team,
I am Sanjay Singh a regular online shopper. I bought an Asus Zenfone 5 mobile phone with order no. # 403-7113609-3245932 from Amazon on 29th may, 2015.
On 10th may, 2016 my phone display suddenly stopped working and I went to the service center for repairing/replacement of the same as my phone is under warranty period up to 28.05.2016.
The representative at the service center on seeing my invoice said to me that the serial no. on the invoice is not matching with the serial no. available on the device.
I started following up the issue with Amazon customer care team and they accepted their mistake and asked me to be patient and wait for 24 to 48 hours for a correct invoice but till now I haven’t received any solution but what I am getting is just a new date every day. They had also promised that they will try to replace my device with a new one if the issue is not resolved on or before 23rd may, 2016 but still I am waiting for an action from their end.
Kindly help me out on this matter and please suggest me what actions can be taken against amazon to get my issue resolved.
