I have bought a Redmi note 11 pro plus -5g,6gb &8gb on 7.5.2022 through Amazon company.After using handset for hardly 2 months,phone wasn't switching on or gone dead.I took the phone to service center at Calicut,MA complex,Calicut-673002.Emi no is860041054358430,Invoice no.CJB1-68661.After 2Days service centre informed that handset had display problem and display to be charged. So I requested him to take up with Co. F for replacement of the same. Then they informed that the display is gone due to water related damage and cannot be covered in warranty and new display replacement to be borne by me which would cost me 7500/-and there is no guarantee for the display after the repair.I am karunakaran kp ,age 73 years old.i have never used phone which can cause water damage to display,because it has hot silico case and I'm very cautiously using it.They are denyingmy claim of replacement of handset for silly reason.
