I, N G AHAMAD Ali, House No-18, oil mill road, Taj Nagar, Unkal, Hubli- 580 031 want make complaint against Mr.Praful G Shiralkar, resident of above mentioned address, who sold his car to me vide car Reg.No KA 23 M 4270. On 6th July-2020 for Rs.60000/-. As per sale receipt he has to hand over his above car to me and has to register the car in my name in his own cost. But even after 5 months he has not fulfill his promise. The above seller has handed over his car to me, but not transferred the registration in my name.
I humbly request before honourable consumer forum to take lawful action in the matter in my favour and oblige.
