I have enrolled gate 2025 for civil engineering on August 16, on 22nd august I have received tab without sd card. At the time of enrollment my counselor promised me for both sd card and materials, but till today i didn't received sd card and study materials. I have mailed my concers to top levels of byjus team, there is no response. And the counselor didn't pick my calls and once I called her in another number, she told me that wrong number. My time and money wasted. Please value my time and money and i have faced mental stress also.
