Non repair of washing Machine within warranty period

We had purchased Washing Machine MarQ by Flipkart 8 kg 5 Star Engineered with Panasonic Technology Fully Automatic Top Load Grey dated 21-09-2021.
The said machine is having problems as water is not retained in the bucket and drains out automatically.
We had filed an online complaint vide email on 08 Jan 2023, with a reminder on 15-01-2023. We had also tried to contact their help line numbers, but the numbers were non functional.
We are requesting a visit of their service engineer as the product is with the warranty period of 2 years
