Dear Team i have been cheeted from your company today itself my wife has ordered a jewlery order no SO52129576 of amount Rs421 but your customer care representive call and said due to server down your order has cancelled but my wife said transaction is successful which I have received massage but he reply your order has been cancelled so we want to reverse money to your account so just now you have give a OTP no so that we will processed then my wife checked the number from her mobile and said the number after while Rs 5000/_ has been debited her account instantly when I contact to customer care they said order has placed but 5000 not showing then said if you want to get 5000 then give other bank account details we will reverse your money if you trust us. This is the question why company people said this type of answer is it true or What....so I am waiting for 3day then I will go for legal....how other people's are know the time transation....if possible kindly contact me in 9937394459.
