I had ordered home delivery of milk (order # 100001876) on April 18th 2016 for Rs 585. The order was never started even after 3rd May 2016, I had cancelled my order by phone and by email on 4th May 2016. Till date there is no response to my email and the money has not been refunded.
I have even tried to contact them through their facebook link, but there has been no response even to that.
When I contacted them today, they have refused to return my money saying that it is not possible.
Its a real fraud company. Please help me in getting my money back.
