Paper supply was delayed more than a week in November 16 as committed.c coupon not received yet. Delivery boy insisted coupon copy to collect to avoid possible stoppage.informed agent and customer care and to my dismay the response was very very poor.kindly arrange to send coupon for my records,if already despatched,mode of delivery needed immediately
