i have ordered on Jio Mart on 02/10/2020 & payment deducted from my ICICI credit card number ended with 8004 Rs.543 after adjusting loyalty point of Rs.11/- . Total Order Value was Rs.554/-.
i have received the order number 16016606249434405A through text message on my mobile no.9887602801.
Order number was not reflected in my profile hence contacted on JioMart Customer Care Service and they told me that due to server issue order was not booked and refund will be issued with in 07 working days.
After continues followup on customer care number and customer care mail address, still i have'nt received the refund amount till date.
