Hi,
This is regret to say that the people working in gas distributor are least bother to rectify their mistakes done and help their consumer. My consumer no is 42662353 in the name of my dad Naresh Salvadi .I have a 2cylinder gas connection with West End gas agency Kandivali West Sv road . I have register my gas connection to be transferred to Sundan Gas agency in Gorai 1 Borivali west as I have shifted to that location on 261114.
Its silly mistake of west end gas agency excutive who has done a error an mention the amount zero (0) for my second cylinder deposit amount , for which the sundan gas agency is rejecting the transfer .Even the sundan gas agency has frwd my case through an mail on 8/2/14 to their regional head Firoz Akhtar (7738444101) after my contionous follow up through telephone and visit to the agency. I spoke to him also even he gave me assurity that it will done in 2 days of time .But still der is no rply for the same and now when I m trying to reach him he is not responding to my call nor the sundan gas agency excutive call.
I m suffering from last more than 3mnths for gas connection to be transferred , is it so hard procedure to transfer a gas connection or u'll just taking the customer for granted.
So request u'll to look into the same and resolve my problem . If unable to help me then I think so I have to visit my consumer forum and file a case of 5 laks against the gas agencies for mental harrasement and improper services rendered to common man
If m not getting a resolution by this max 23rd Feb 15, whether I have spend a money and time against it but not going to leave it and drag u'll to court.
