Mobile set ZUK Z1 purchase through eBay having no warrenty by Pushpender:

Sir I have purchase lenovo ZUK z1 set from eBay on date 13 January 2017 having IMEI no 875374021841971.They have shown 6 month manufacturer warrenty but it has no warrenty. I have mail to eBay and dealer Tech point Bangalore but they don't provide me warrenty. Dealer gives me 400 rupees to take new adaptor as they have sent adaptor which was not working after they offer me to give 1000 rupees more to settle dispute I have ignored. As without warrenty its value is only 6000rupees but they charged from me 10899. In invoice bill 2016-17-1993 they show warrenty should be claimed from manufacturer which is found false by investigation from lenovo care.They are not giving me relaxation nor warrenty. They are ignoring me.
