Ticket Not Booked But Amount has been Deducted From My Account by pramod kumar on 2015-05-07 11:11:26

I had booked 2S ticket on 7/5/15 from Gurgaon, but my ticket has not booked and amount has been deducted from my account,My transaction id is 100000226966383,Please give me details why it is happened like this, when it will refund.
